Photo & Media Consent | Hip-Hop Summit Denver 2026

Colorado Street Art Company ("CSAC") is a Colorado nonprofit corporation and 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. CSAC and its authorized photographers, videographers, and media partners will document Hip-Hop Summit Denver 2026 (the "Event") through photography, video, and audio recording.

1. Grant of Consent

I voluntarily grant CSAC, its representatives, and its authorized media partners permission to photograph, film, and record me, including my image, likeness, name, voice, performance, artwork, and participation at the Event (collectively, the "Materials").

2. Permitted Uses

I grant CSAC an irrevocable, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and distribute the Materials, in whole or in part, in any media now known or later developed, for purposes including: event documentation; CSAC websites and social media; press and publicity; educational programming; grant applications and reporting; fundraising; and other lawful nonprofit purposes.

3. Archival Preservation

I understand and agree that the Materials may be donated to, deposited with, and permanently preserved by archival institutions for historical documentation and public research, including but not limited to the Colorado State Archives, History Colorado, and the Denver Public Library Special Collections. I consent to the Materials being made available to researchers and the public in accordance with the receiving institution's policies.

4. Release

I release and hold harmless CSAC, its directors, officers, employees, volunteers, media partners, and any receiving archival institution from any claims arising from the use of the Materials, including claims of defamation, invasion of privacy, or infringement of rights of publicity. I understand I will receive no compensation for the use of the Materials, and I waive any right to inspect or approve finished uses.

5. Acknowledgment

I am 18 years of age or older (or the parent/legal guardian signing below on behalf of a minor), I have read and understood this form, and I sign it voluntarily.
